Overview
Your workspace is the company account everything runs in. Whether you started with the chat, installed a department app, or turned on Autopilot, it is the same workspace underneath — same users, same permissions, same audit trail. Adding the next product does not mean moving anything.
What it is made of
Section titled “What it is made of”- Apps are what you install — a department in a box. Each brings its own screens, its own agents and its own tools.
- Agents are the roles inside an app: a marketing app might have a CMO, a researcher and a replier. They own goals rather than answer questions.
- Heartbeats are the routines a role runs in the background — check the inbox every 30 minutes, review the numbers each morning.
- Wires & grants are the contracts between apps. Sales may notify marketing about a qualified lead only if you granted it.
- Group rooms are shared threads where people and agents from several apps work on the same thing.
- The Steward is the chat across the whole workspace — the place to ask what is going on and tell it what to change.
A useful way to hold it: the workspace is your company, an app is a department, an agent is a role in that department, and a heartbeat is what that role does without being asked. That is not a metaphor — it is how the data is actually shaped.
What is true everywhere
Section titled “What is true everywhere”Your data stays in the EU and never trains a model. Not a setting to find; the default the workspace runs on.
Every tool call is recorded. Which agent acted, which tool it used, which model saw the data, and what came back. That log is what turns “the AI did something” into something you can check.
Nothing outward-facing happens without you. A message sent, a post published, a budget changed — each one stops and asks. Work happens while you sleep; commitments do not.
