Where is our chat data processed?
Exclusively in EU data centers, with tenant isolation and encrypted storage. Your conversations, documents and queries never leave the EU.
Does Linkworld train models on our data?
No. Your prompts and documents never train models and are never passed on to third parties.
Do we have to give up frontier models like GPT, Claude or Gemini?
No. The default is sovereign, EU-operated models; you can allow the router to also use US frontier models per workspace. You set the policy, not the platform.
Can the chat agent send emails or book meetings on its own?
No. The agent researches, drafts and prepares — but anything that leaves the house, like sending an email, waits for your approval before it happens.
What does the sovereign AI chat cost?
Chat runs on the same subscription as Autopilot and is flat at every tier: Basic from €29/month with a 7-day free trial, Pro €149/month with frontier models, Business €499/month with RBAC and SLA options. Credits only pay for real work like images, videos or Autopilot tasks — never for chat itself.
Is this the same chat as Autopilot, or something different?
Same account, same workspace: chat is the first rung of the autonomy ladder. You can grow into department apps and Autopilot whenever you are ready, with no migration or restart.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan cancels monthly, and Basic has a 7-day free trial before any payment is due.
